I have to start by saying that we accidentally booked the very cheapest room and I understood that other rooms are way better. But I would not recommend the budget rooms anyone with sleeping issues, they are noisy, bed and pillows were not to our taste at least, carpet floor and no real ventilation makes the air really bad. Cleanliness was good though. Service and the pool area are really nice, town is easily accessible with free bikes. Breakfast is nice. Overall good value.

This was my best stay in Italy. I had an 8 night booking and loved every minute here. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and quiet, the huge breakfast and free bikes are a very welcome bonus. Well done!!! Definitely staying here again!!

It was a very welcoming stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the afternoon they serve free tea and Vin Brulé, which makes the reception very warm and fragrant. There was also the option to order well served drinks. Breakfast food was very good and with local products as juice from their orchard's fruits, and sausages and salamis from their family farm. In some photos the hotel may look a little old, but it's not. Everything is very new, clean and comfortable. The xmas decoration was lovely as well. We loved the stay. Breakfast is a buffet, but it's all served by them. This is good because it is much more hygienic, but on the other hand, it makes you have to choose items in a hurry not to create a long queue.

Our stay at Hotel Virgilo was very pleasant. The breakfast is truly amazing and everything is fresh, with some fruits and jams collected locally or home made. the best breakfast we had in Italy during our 10 days trip The location may not be as central as other hotels but the bikes that the hotel borrows are definitely a great option to avoid taking the car to go downtown. I highly recommend this hotel. The crew was very nice, taking care of every detail.

Rooms on 3rd floor are just bad, knowing that we are charged 116eur per night. Air con is moldy and smells really bad, plastic chairs in the balcony paints your pants when you sit on them. For the bonus there was a cockroach in the bathroom. But service is 10 out of 10. Great free bikes, takes you about 5 minutes to get to the old town.

The service is amazing. Was late for breakfast (didn't wake up), still got food and coffee, with a smile! The rooms are very clean, a bed that you want to stay in forever (did i say we over slept? :) ), And the whole experience was nice. Takes 25 min to walk to the harbor, cool restaurants and shows around.

The hotel is a little outdated, but very clean and well maintained. They gave us free bycicle to go to the lake since it's quite far away to walk. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best one we had while travelling in Italy.

A really nice hotel within easy reach of Riva. There is a restaurant and bar and a swimming pool. You can sit outside in a large garden area for breakfast or for drinks. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have a balcony. There is a large free car park. You can order a fixed price menu or A la Cart in the restaurant, at very good prices. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
